The printers of the GeBE-COMPACT Plus series from the manufacturer of thermal printing systems, GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik, bring more than only the usual “must-have” tests. These GeBE devices are now optimally prepared by the manufacturer for the global market already ex works because their device safety test according to IEC 62368 was carried out using the Certified Body procedure.
With concluding more inspections than necessary and even as usual, the family-owned company from Bavaria, Germany, focuses especially on a significant advantage for OEM customers: Subsequent, country-specific tests and certifications on the basis of CB-certificates, are mostly associated with less effort. So the exams according to the CB-procedure serve as a solid basis for reaching global target markets more quickly because they help to avoid unnecessary multiple exams. Numerous recognized test centers around the world accept the CB-certificates. OEMs who serve different countries, especially outside of Europe, thus save valuable time and money for the testing procedures of their products that contain a GeBE-COMPACT Plus printer.
