Return and disposal of old devices
Has a printer or other device from GeBE become obsolete? Then simply return it to us: Send the old device via a package service or a shipping company of your choice to us. You cover the shipping costs; we will take care of the proper disposal.
This is how returns work

Please fill in your contact details and the devices you wish to return in full in the form on this page.
Receive RMA number
After receiving the form, we will immediately send you an RMA number via email.
Sending devices
Send the devices back to us with the RMA number. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
Complete information helps us process your return directly and send you the RMA number quickly.
Personal data on the device
If personal data is stored on a device, such as access data for a network or WLAN or stored texts and logos, please delete them before shipping. According to § 19a ElektroG, the responsibility for this lies with you as the end user. This ensures that your data remains in your hands.
What the symbol means
The crossed-out waste bin on an electrical device means that at the end of its use it does not belong in household waste but in the separate collection for electrical waste. By returning it to us, you ensure that it is properly disposed of.
Why we take back old devices
Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) contains valuable raw materials, but also substances that should not be released into the environment. The EU Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and the German Electronic and Electrical Equipment Act (ElektroG) therefore ensure that waste electrical and electronic equipment is collected separately, treated properly and recycled. As a manufacturer, we offer you an easy way to return it.
For devices used for commercial purposes (B2B), we, as GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik GmbH, are happy to fulfill our obligations under the ElektroG: We take back your old devices and take care of environmentally sound recycling or disposal.
