GeBE Thermal Printers for OEM in Public Transport
Germering, September 27, 2018
GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik GmbH from Germering, Germany, now introduce their thermal printers for OEMs in public transport. A secure and reliable ticket sales service requires, in addition to a perfectly functioning on-board system, a powerful, robust and fail-safe ticket printer. On the bus, GeBE printers are controlled via an app integrated in the OEM on-board system and quickly, reliably and very legibly print every defined ticket variant. Graphics, barcode and logo printing are provided. The kiosk printer GeBE-MULDE Naut is used in the BusMATRIK® product of PTS TeleMATRIK GmbH from Lauterach in Austria (picture). This is a tablet on-board computer with ticket printer. The printer system offers an excellent print image in 203 dpi on 80 mm paper width and has a cutter that cuts up to half a million cuts. Everything together ensures a trouble-free bus journey.
The GeBE thermal printers are so well thought out that they often meet the OEM requirements even in the standard version and without extra adjustments. If features beyond the standard are desired, the manufacturer GeBE offers a special plus: changes in equipment and firmware as well as customised, individual housing colors or control panels are already feasible from smaller quantities. In addition, the printer expert from Germering frequently implements industry-relevant new developments together with their customers. For more than 30 years, the family business has developed and produced thermal printing systems. Due to ever-changing demands on thermal printers in a wide range of applications, the GeBE team has established a particularly wide-ranging know-how that customers can rely on throughout their entire project. In addition, GeBE offers suitable, high-quality thermal papers.
