Effective glue protection, clean cuts for a long time

GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik GmbH now presents their new GeBE-COMPACT Plus Linerless printer. This label printer prints on linerless labels for a long time without adhesive residues. Many applications already rely on this environment-friendly and economically attractive label type. With the new Linerless version of their proven kiosk printer, GeBE has succeeded in effectively countering the unpleasant side effects of printing on such adhesive labels. The special printer is glue protectional equipped at all central contact points of the glue inside and outside the printer. The result: neither the paper path and the printer mechanism itself nor the cutter and the paper output are adversely affected during the processing of linerless labels. Finally, in order to optimise the performance of the cutter and to extend the cleaning intervals, GeBE has invested primarily in a special material composition of the knife.
High cutting performance, rare cleaning
Linerless labels have the great advantage that the ticket length is always flexible. Due to the cutting directly through the adhesive label, usually already after a short time more and more glue accumulates on the knife.
Depending on the label, the newly developed GeBE Linerless Cutter achieves adhesive residue-free cutting performance of well over 100,000 cuts. Practical advantage: this cutter has to be cleaned very rarely and service costs decrease considerably. The GeBE-COMPACT Plus Linerless printer fulfills the highest demands in the processing of linerless labels. Customer-specific adaptations are offered by GeBE.
