Ticket printing is completely under control:

Thermal printer GeBE-COMPACT Plus with presenter now as standard

Germering, May 24, 2019.

GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik GmbH now sets a new standard for one of their thermal printers from the GeBE-COMPACT Plus series. The printer for the most common paper width of 82.5 mm is now available with a presenter. GeBE reacted to the increasing demand of their OEM customers for more security in printing, e.g. in ticket dispensing at machines by merging the printer and presenter unit. With this new standard product the ticket printing is totally under control. The printing process and the paper output run separately from each other. So the presenter will not eject the paper until printing is completed. This effectively protects the printer mechanism from external impacts, e.g. by pulling on the not yet completely finished printout. Many service cases can be avoided. Also, compared to an output slot, the presenter is more practical and less expensive.

Printer series in total adapted to the market

The manufacturer GeBE Elektronik and Feinwerktechnik GmbH recently adapted the complete GeBE-COMPACT Plus product range to the needs of the market. All printers of this series now have both a USB and an RS232 port. On the one hand, this choice of interfaces means less setup effort and, on the other hand, greater flexibility when connecting printers to OEM systems. As before, various print widths and paper roll sizes can be selected. Customer-specific adjustments are already implemented by GeBE from smaller quantities on. The family business from Germering has been in business for over 50 years and has been acting as a recognised partner of the industry for data input and output solutions for more than 30 years.

GeBE shows how OEMs in the parking business will have their ticket printing under control – also outdoors at the

PARKEN fair 2019 in Wiesbaden in hall NORD, stand B07.

The fair runs on June 5th and 6th, 2019
