Development Manager Klaus Baldig receives a procuratorial mandate

GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik GmbH has now entrusted Dipl. Ing. (FH) Klaus Baldig with the position of legal representative. The long-time employee and development manager will henceforth represent Managing Directors Sandra Pabst and Brigitte Breidenbach externally in all matters. Together, they are to continue pursuing the company’s major goals. The expansion of the team to provide more intensive customer support is already taking place gradually. „The competition is relentless, so we have already steered a lot of things in the company in new directions in recent months. We remain on this course,“ reports Baldig. Because GeBE offers, in addition to the extensive standard product range of thermal printers and HMI devices, individual developments and customizations according to customer specifications – and that already from smaller quantities. It is always important to maintain constant and intensive personal contact with business partners. „We are a family business, and we live it, internally as well as externally. The fact that GeBE places great emphasis on the individual component alone shows that my predecessor, as a director, Bruno Paul, held this position for over twenty years“ said the 49-year-old.

Since 1989 a member of the „GeBE family“

After our legal representative Bruno Paul retired, I am very happy to have won Klaus Baldig, one of our most experienced employees, for this task,“ rejoices the Managing Director of GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik GmbH, Sandra Pabst.

Baldig had already completed an internship at the company in 1989 as a student. His permanent position as a production engineer followed in 1994. After a brief absence, he returned to GeBE in 2003. He is thus one of the longest-serving employees of the „GeBE family“ and has since provided a wealth of industry knowledge and deep expertise, making a significant contribution to the GeBE management team.

Until his death in 2011, he worked very closely with the company founder and owner, Dipl. Phys. Gert Breidenbach. He learned a lot from him, the „innovative head“ of the company, over the years. Today, he is known as one of the experts for thermal printers on the market. With the expansion of his responsibilities, he will now also contribute to the best of his ability to all the work of the GeBE management team.

This year, GeBE celebrates its 50th anniversary as a partner of industry in the field of data input and output.
