GeBE-VARIO Box Linerless

GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik, Germany, introduces the first 6 inch desktop printer for linerless thermal labels on the market: the thermal printer GeBE-VARIO Box Linerless. This new GeBE development is primarily designed for linerless applications in logistics where the printing of 4 inch delivery labels or 6 inch pallet labels is required. With its very compact design of only 303 x 226 x 187 mm (L x W x H), it hardly measures more than other 4 inch printers on the market. Thus it fits on any table or counter. The paper width is freely adjustable between 58 and 152 mm.
The protective, industrial-grade metal housing conceals an already integrated power supply and there is still enough space for a large label supply of a paper roll with a diameter of max. 170 mm under the plastic cover. This means a full 230 meters of length and thus around 100 meters more than comparable printers. Thanks to robust workmanship and with its maintenance-free linerless presenter the GeBE-VARIO Box Linerless thermal printer represents an absolutely reliable linerless printer solution for industrial areas.
Consistently precise print results – unaffected by external influences.
With a resolution of up to 203 dpi, the printouts of the GeBE-VARIO Box Linerless thermal printer are put with max. 200mm/s on paper with constant precision and high print quality, so that important information and barcodes are just as clear to read as they are electronically perfectly readable. To ensure that the printing process remains safely unaffected from the outside, the protective metal housing is additionally closed with a plastic lid. The color combination of housing and lid can be individually selected.
The GeBE-VARIO Box Linerless desktop printer is available as a sample on request with immediate effect. The printer will go into series production from the second quarter of 2024.
