For everyone a behind-the-scenes look: Review of the open house
This year, we are celebrating 60 years of GeBE.
We have also moved the company to a building that offers ideal conditions – in particular, plenty of space for our production.
To mark this occasion, we recently held an open house with tours of our facilities. Many interested visitors gained insights into the world of our thermal printers during the tours of the building.
In the development and production departments, we showed and explained how the printers, most of which are custom-made, are manufactured in Germering.
We are particularly pleased with the consistently positive feedback we received on this day. We will gladly take it with us as we continue on our journey.
Thanks in no small part to so many solid business relationships and long-standing customers, we are looking forward to the coming years with great confidence!
For long standing business relationship: Customized printer solutions in PAARI self-service terminals
The modular kiosk thermal printers from our COMPACT Plus series are currently being used in the new SBT Virtus, a customer-specific self-service terminal from the software specialists PAARI GmbH from Erfurt.
In a customized version, they print various output documents for PAARI – from visitor badges and defined QR codes to customer-specific weighing slips.
Over the past twenty years, GeBE printers have already been used in PAARI installation kits which equip such terminals and can be exchanged via plug-and-play.
That’s one of the very long-standing business relationships that we are very proud of!
For public access areas: Robust stainless steel number pad
tastaturen.com presents the stainless steel keyboard KVD-12 with 12 keys, a particularly robust input device in long-stroke technology. It is ideal for public areas, such as access controls or POS terminals.
It is also used in security-relevant applications such as door code systems or gate drives. The front of the device is protected against dust and splash water according to IP 65.
The long-travel keys are also made of stainless steel and laser engraved. The number pad is connected via USB.
