Cooperation: GeBE and UPM | Currently Achieved: Two Million Cuts! | Controlling Industrial Plants

1) Cooperation Agreement: GeBE and UPM Adhesive Materials Set New Standards in the Linerless Market.
The long-standing, mutually supportive partnership between our company and UPM Adhesive Materials has now resulted in an official cooperation agreement. The aim is to jointly bring new products to the Print & Apply market.
A comparatively outstanding result has already been achieved:
Currently, GeBE linerless cutters, together with the corresponding label material from UPM Adhesive Materials, can achieve up to two million cuts without the cutting blades needing to be cleaned.

2) Currently achieved: Two million cuts without cleaning cutting blades!
GeBE-VARIO Plus Linerless thermal printing systems
- enable significantly smaller and more cost-effective print & apply systems,
- help to significantly reduce system downtime for regular paper changes and
- cut up to 2 million times now – without needing to clean the cutter blades!
The long-term test using UPM Adhesive Materials’s RL54 OptiCutTM linerless label material, is ongoing.

3) Controlling Industrial Plants: Trackball mouse with stainless steel front panel
The front-mounted trackball modules in the TVG-38/50 series from tastaturen.com are particularly suitable as interactive control elements in industry as they are optimally secured thanks to their vandal-proof stainless steel front panel.
The trackballs are robustly mounted on built-in ball-bearing steel rollers and the individual mouse buttons are so precisely installed that they cannot be levered out.
These industrial keyboards are available with two or three mouse buttons and with an ergonomic plastic ball, a stainless steel ball, or optical technology. The trackballs are offered in diameters of 38.10 mm and 50.10 mm.
The trackball modules are suitable for a wide range of applications:
They are easy to install using stud bolts on the rear, are dustand splash-proof in accordance with DIN IP65 (static), and the trackball spheres can be scaled individually. They can be connected via standard interfaces.
