Desktop printer for 6-inch and 4-inch linerless labels

The newly developed GeBE-VARIO Box Linerless from GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik is primarily designed for linerless applications in logistics and packaging. The special feature is that it can print on 6-inch and 4-inch wide papers. The width of the paper roll used can be freely adjusted between 80 and 152 mm. The compact housing measuring just 303 x 226 x 187 mm (L x W x H) requires hardly any more floor space than other 4-inch linerless printers. The desktop printer scores with plenty of space for a particularly large label supply. The roll with a maximum diameter of 180 mm dispenses about 200 meters of linerless paper. That is around half more than comparable printers stock. The linerless labels are printed with constant precision in high print quality of 300 or 203 dpi – at speeds of up to 200 mm/s thanks to the very powerful printing unit with GeBE linerless software control. The new GeBE Linerless desktop printer comes with its own power supply in the housing. It is also suitable for label printing and is now available on request.

Cutting hundreds of thousands of labels without cleaning? This is possible thanks to the very powerful cutting blade with abrasion-resistant non-stick coating. Besides the built-in linerless silicone rollers are also suitable for stronger adhesives and are particularly easy to change. After cutting, the maintenance-free, patented linerless presenter unit even keeps very long printouts ready for removal. At the end, the illuminated LED bezel with output sensor ensures controlled paper output. To ensure that this reliably smooth printing process remains unaffected from the outside, the protective metal housing is closed with a black plastic cover. Alternative colors are available on request for larger quantities.
