Meets requirements of the parking industry:

Modular ticket printers GeBE-COMPACT Plus now in ATB parking ticket machines PSA1256

Germering, April 25th, 2023.

The modular thermal printer GeBE-COMPACT Plus from the manufacturer GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik GmbH, Germany, is now being used in projects of Automatentechnik Baumann GmbH. The manufacturer of ticket machines for parking space management and public transport is now equipping his PSA1256 series of parking ticket machines with the basic module of the printer series, which is only about the size of a fist. It already meets the requirements of parking managers: It is an uncompromising space saver in ticket vending machines and provides all the relevant functions for very fast and secure ticket printing.

The printer unit is suitable for front panel solutions as well as for ticket output via a paper output tray. The operating voltage of 10.8 to 26.5 VDC also allows solar operation and with specified paper, stable printing between -25°C and +70°C is achieved without any problems. This is done at a printing speed of up to 250mm/s, so waiting times at the machine are not an issue.

In addition, all modular GeBE-COMPACT Plus printers are very robustly built and, thanks to sensitive sensor technology, designed for the highest possible operational reliability. There is hardly any maintenance work and paper changes can be planned perfectly. All in all, this means: satisfied parking space users. GeBE realizes customer-specific adaptations of thermal printers already from small quantities.

GeBE will be exhibiting the latest printer developments for the parking industry at the Parken trade fair in Wiesbaden, Germany, on June 28 and 29, 2023 in Hall Nord, Stand B07.

Very resistant. Enormously durable. Best controlled.

The completely modularly designed thermal printer system GeBE-COMPACT Plus from the manufacturer GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik can meet almost any requirement for ticket applications. The additional parts can be freely combined with the basic module, the printer unit.

Papers with a thickness between 80 and 200µm are printed, the resolution of 203 to 300dpi ensures an excellent print image and robust, long-life cutters handle both full and partial cuts. Various sensors are used to control paper removal or to report impending paper changes in good time. If a module with barcode scanner is selected, it enables seamless tracking of the tickets issued, which are printed at high speeds of up to 250mm/s.

The printers of the modular system in their various configurations are all to be understood as standards for the most diverse requirements in practice. If the OEM requirements are not yet covered by the standard modules for up to 60mm or up to 82.5 mm paper width, the thermal printer specialist GeBE offers OEM adaptations according to requirements and cost-efficiently.
