GeBE introduces 6-inch Linerless Thermal Printers for Logistics Applications.

GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik GmbH now introduce their 6-inch GeBE-VARIO Plus Linerless Thermal Printer for Heavy Duty Logistics Applications. The printer, housed in stainless steel, is being launched in time for the two trade fairs PACK EXPO in Las Vegas, USA and Labelexpo Europe in Brussels, Belgium. It serves the specific requirements of logistics applications and enables fast and reliable printing of self-adhesive labels for pallets, freight, and packages, barcodes, and much more. The very high print resolution of up to 300 dpi of the efficient and ecologically sensible thermal printer solution ensures secure data reading.

The outstanding features of the GeBE-VARIO Plus Linerless are a great robustness and the extra-powerful print engine. The printing performance is reliably over 60 labels per minute. The linerless cutter blades cut several hundred thousand labels permanently clean. An USB as well as a serial interface, alternatively the connection via an Ethernet adapter, allow an easy integration into existing IT infrastructures as well as a smooth communication with other devices and systems. For different installation conditions or deviating application areas, the manufacturer offers project-related scaling to 4″, 5″ or 7″, etc.

Thanks to the innovative GeBE Linerless Technology, the new GeBE-VARIO Plus Linerless thermal printer stays clean for a particularly long time when printing labels without liner. Because the entire paper path through the printer remains free of typical residues from self-adhesive papers for an unusually long time, service cases are noticeably reduced and costs are saved. If the printer interior needs to be accessed, its design as a side loader is advantageous because it is comparatively easy to access and therefore extra service-friendly.
