GeBE-VARIO Plus Linerless built-in printer

GeBE Elektronik und Feinwerktechnik, Germany, presents the established GeBE-VARIO Plus linerless thermal printer in an adapted form as a solution for Print & Apply systems.

Even in its standard version, this high-performance linerless printer has a lot to offer for applications with very high throughput: with its powerful motor and robust stainless steel housing, it already meets the requirements for operational stability and robustness of a thermal printing system for labeling.

This means for Print & Apply applications: It counteracts the typical lack of space in installation situations with its small installation dimensions of just 224 x 106 x 100 mm (WxHxD). Compared to the dimensions of conventional Print & Apply printers, it can therefore be integrated into OEM systems in a particularly space-saving manner.

Its linerless paper rolls are significantly smaller than conventional labels on backing paper with the same amount of paper, making them easier to handle. Finally there is no need for a rewinding system for the liner. All in all much smaller and also cheaper Print & Apply systems can be realized.

Labeling without service stress

The 4-inch version with 200 or 300 dpi and the 6-inch version with 200 dpi process 60 tickets per minute – at a speed of up to 300 mm per second. The cutter cuts at 150 ms and completes several hundred thousand cuts without the need for servicing.

With this and subsequent adjustments to its linerless range, the manufacturer GeBE is constantly focusing on the requirements for linerless labeling in various application areas, including logistics and transport, warehousing, retail and packaging.
